    The cafe is in the centre of the building. Service was great, staff polite. Grab a coffee and a light meal while waiting for the family. Or if you very thirsty then an ice cold beer. There is a smoking area outside the bar. On street level and wheelchair friendly.

    There were several hygiene and safety concerns. For instance, the fruit was left out all day in the warm without any cover, which posed a health hazard. The kitchen door had no handle for months, posing a fire risk. There was also a hole in the freezer floor that could cause accidents.

    The management mistreated their staff, with unpaid bonuses and overall disrespect. The staff appeared unhappy and demotivated.

    Overall, I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment. The disregard for hygiene, safety, and staff well-being was highly alarming.

    With airports being so busy it's amazing how much people are in a rush.
    We make plans then life happens, so sit take your time and relax, have a great coffee compared to others on offer at this airport.
    Pleasant staff who take pride in what they deliver.

    Absolute rubbish.. Chef decided to take smoke break at 11:30am so kitchen closed. Asked for table to be cleaned, no one bothered.. had to clean ourselves.. coffee is average.. staff were ok.. What a pitiful place for international travellers to see and experience landing on the Magically Gold Coast..

    Terrible terrible terrible...

    Waiting for our flight to leave we decided to have a bite to eat at about 10:45am. Went to order a big breakfast but no, the chef hadn’t arrived yet as he was getting supplies. Ended up with some very stale sandwich with a fancy name. Don’t bother with this cafe wait until you pass through the security checks and you will find a better choice of food outlets.
